Lessons…From Recent Terrorist Attempt

A young man’s life was totally ruined yesterday when he attempted to overthrow and blow up an airplane that he was riding upon.     Did he know what he was getting into?  Probably not.  Was he brain washed into proving himself because he was a convert; probably so.

Yesterday I sat with many people as they attempted to analyze it and our conclusions were all the same.  He never could have done it!     So, the question becomes:  “Did his backers know that he would fail?  Could they be less sophisticated than we think them to be?

Clearly,  Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallad  was not the only one sent out;  but somehow he made it through only to have the plan of his backers…whoever they are to be foiled.  That failure was a prayer success!  Prayers were made and they have been hitting their targets!

You’ll never know how many people are praying by watching television or even by being on the Internet.  This is spiritual warfare…a greater battle than anything superficial that may be on people’s minds regarding “making the United States reap judgment.

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.  1 Peter 3: 12

You see some very specific prayers have been made by praying people all over this country and while terrorists pay no attention to it…God does.    It’s time to sharpen our prayers even more.    That’s all that I have to say on the matter publicly.

I am a born again believer. I am a Prayer Intercessor, writer, wife, mom, sold out for God lady! I believe that Jesus heals. I also believe that many people need faith information and prayer and this site will offer this.

  1. Dear Elaine,
We often do not realize how important prayers are. Sometimes when we don’t see immediate results we stop. Well, that is a mistake. We are told in God’s Word that “If you abide in Me (Jesus) and My word abides in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. (John 15:7)
